Meet the Founder
The CEO/ Founder of Windsor Homecare & Staffing, Shaneall Ferron, is a passionate, hard-working, and dependable individual who is credible, committed, and prepared to harness all her strength and availability to ensure client satisfaction.
In 2012, her mother received a stage II cervical cancer diagnosis that she lived with before passing away in May 2017. In 2015, despite being ill, her mother was still resilient and self-reliant. But unfortunately, her cancer returned from remission at the start of 2016, leaving her unable to care for herself.
Due to the poor quality of care her mother received in the hospital, and other care facilities, Shaneall and her siblings decided to provide care for their mom at home. They would alternately care for her until she passed in 2017.
With firsthand experience of seeing what it was like having a loved one in a care facility and the positive impact made after moving her mother to in-home care. She made a plan to one day help other families care for their loved ones the way her family was able to do for her mother.
“Windsor” is the name of the community where Shaneall grew up; she chose that name to pay respects to her mom and siblings. The name represents what her mom and her community stood for: Love, Family, Honesty, Compassion, Respect, and a Healthy and Happy home.
Our clients are empowered to have a better quality of life in any environment and at every stage of their aging life with the help of their families and our support.
